Prices
Each +1 Character would be +100% the comm price.Due to the payment method (Paypal), a 5% fee will be added to all original prices.For now, other than the Half Body Comm sample, the samples showcased are personal art so they may have some rough spots (rough lines, open pixels), but for actual commissions, they will be cleaned up.

Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.General
● I have the right to reject your request if I am uncomfortable drawing it. (Furries, armor, monsters, complex designs, NSFW, etc.)
● You are required to credit me when posting my art. My Twitter URL or handle can be used for that.
● You are NOT ALLOWED to resell the commission work without my permission. If found, you will be charged 50%+ of the commission price.Process
● Processing time may take about 2 to 4 weeks for artwork, and 4 to 6 weeks for Live2D model art from the start date. If there are any delays, I will let you know.
● If there is an urgent due date that needs to be met, additional fees may apply.
● Progress will be sent through Twitter DMs unless another platform is otherwise stated. In the earlier stages of the work, I will need to be able to communicate with you to see if the work looks good to you, so please stay attentive.
● For Live2D art: Max of 2 revisions are allowed up until the colored sketch process. Anything after that will require additional fees, and I will not continue working on it until that is paid.
● For regular art: For the sketching process, max of 3 revisions are allowed. From after that to the colored sketch process, 2 revisions are allowed. Anything after that will require additional fees, and I will not continue working on it until that is paid. To prevent any miscommunication, please have your references (pose, color, character, expression...anything is fine) ready.
● After the final product is up, only minimal adjustments are allowed as revisions. Final adjustments can be made 3 times, and after that, there will be extra fees.Rights
● I have the rights to showcase the commissioned art as my portfolio and promotion of commissions. If otherwise, there will be a privacy fee.
●Commercial use of Live2D art is allowed, but specifically for streaming and social media only. Any other usage must be discussed with me.
● Intended usage of the artwork MUST be disclosed before the payment if you intend to use it commercially. If things change in the future, we can discuss additional fees that may come with it. In this case, you must be fully transparent about the full details of intended usage. (EX: phone case, shirt, keychain...)
●You cannot resell my work nor psd file.
●You cannot claim my art as your art.
● We will discuss if you give me the right to post WIPs and stream WIPs of the commissioned work.Live2d model art
● An additional fee will be added to the price if you do not have a clear idea of the design or the design is too complex.
● Mood boards are not accepted as reference, but they are a next recommended way to provide me an idea of what character you would like. For mood boards, please provide at least 6 images.Payment
● I accept USD through Paypal. Due to this, a 5% fee will be added to the original price.
● Payment can be done by 50% upfront 50% after the lineart is done, or 100% upfront.
● For every month the payment is late, there will be an additional 3% added to the due payment.
● Full refunds can only be done if I have not started on the commission yet. I will tell you when I start.
